1. Introduction This Refund / Payment Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments, billing, and refunds for users of the Xpecto WhatsApp Business API platform. By subscribing to or using the Platform, you agree to this Policy.
2. Subscription Plans & Billing
  • •  The Platform may offer various subscription plans (e.g., free trial, basic, premium).
  • •  Billing is recurring according to the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • •  All fees are exclusive of taxes, which the user is responsible for paying.
  • •  Users must provide accurate payment information and maintain it current.
3. Payment Methods
  • •  Payments can be made via approved methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfer, UPI, or other supported gateways).
  • •  Xpecto reserves the right to update payment methods and communicate changes to users.
4. Refunds
  • •  Refunds are not guaranteed except as described below:
    • 👉 o   Trial Period: Users may cancel during the free trial period for a full refund of any trial fees.
    • 👉 o   Billing Errors: If a payment is incorrectly processed, users may request a refund after verification.
  • •  Refund requests must be submitted via support@xpectoitsolutions.com with relevant payment details.
  • •  Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval.
4. Late Payment & Account Suspension
  • •  Failure to pay subscription fees may result in:
    • 👉 o   Temporary suspension of API access
    • 👉 o   Termination of account if payment remains overdue
  • •  Users remain responsible for any outstanding fees despite suspension or termination.
6. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
  • •  Upgrades: Users upgrading to a higher plan are billed pro-rata for the remainder of the billing cycle.
  • •  Downgrades: Downgrading may affect features and limits; no automatic refund for unused portion unless explicitly approved.
7. Taxes
  • •  Users are responsible for all applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, or local service taxes.
  • •  Xpecto may provide invoices including tax details where legally required.
8. Changes to Payment Policy
  • •  Xpecto reserves the right to update subscription fees or payment terms at any time.
  • •  Updates will be communicated in advance via email or Platform notifications.
  • •  Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
